Does anybody know anything about these shoes? They look a bit like Paraboots, but the details doesn’t quite match.

Has anybody tried these Cos trousers? They look pretty nice, but will most likely be too short for me...

Re: Charming boy is charming (DIY thread)

Another pair of trousers! More work wear-ish this time. I used a medium weight cotton twill and contrasting topstitching. They came out a bit too big in the waist after some minor adjustments in the seat area, but I'll just use a belt. http://imgur.com/RZpYxKkl.jpg http://imgur.com/ukKDFABl.jpg http...

Re: random fashion jersey tucks

Does anybody know what this type of waistband is called?

Image

Edit: I just realized this isn't the best example. I'm not talking about the buttoning on the side, but rather the "hidden" waistband often featured on workwear and fatigues.

Re: We don't run on this high street; we run this high stree

I tried the same pair and to be honest I really liked them. They're a bit too tapered for my taste, so I'm still on the fence. Might wait until a sale pops up.

Didn't experience anything weird about the pockets, and I got a booty worthy of a 90's hiphop vid.

Re: Charming boy is charming (DIY thread)

More beanies! These ones are made with ten wool threads (compared to two on the first ones I made), so they're quite thick. I pretty happy about how they turned out and I will be giving these away as christmas gifts. http://i.imgur.com/VjWrWWvl.jpg I've actually made a pair of pants for myself as we...

Re: Charming boy is charming (DIY thread)

My SO is studying textile engineering here in Borås, and yesterday she let me try knitting on their hand-driven knitting machines (really not sure what I should call them). It was fun, but pretty tricky. My lack of knowledge on how knitting really works probably made it harder as well. Here's a pic ...

Swedish vowels is hard to get right. Ä is pronounced like "ai" in "hair".

Re: I don't know what I want (Buyer's guide)

Oh, wow. I forgot all about that collaboration. I ordered one of those coats, even though it's kind of boring and bit too short.

Btw, since when can people from sweden order from uniqlo? Is that even something new?

Re: I don't know what I want (Buyer's guide)

Hey everyone, I looking for a long (like, really long) wool coat. Something on the more unconstructed side. Suggestions anyone?

Edit: Ideally I'd probably buy something from Lemaire, but I can't really justify spending that amount of money on a student budget.
