Re: Top 10 Strangers

1. My neighbor, Kelly, who lives a block up the street. I actually haven't met her but I've always admired all the plants she keeps on her front porch in the summer. I left a stromanthe on her porch with a note saying this and she left me a jackfruit plant with a really nice note. 2. The couple that...

Re: homes, houses, and abodes n plants

I'm super lucky that I live in an area with some really awesome flea markets/co-ops where I've found most of my furniture/objects. that's honestly where I get most of my flintstone, since I've kind of been limiting myself to stuff that's used/cheap/local. If you can do it, I recommend not buying stu...

Re: Patch Notes and Pinned Items

the applique on my pretzel hat was peeling so I made a new patch to cover it up. it's Kumamon, the mascot for the Kumamoto Prefecture in Japan. for this one, I used my sewing machine to do all of the black and then hand stitched the detail and edging. https://i.imgur.com/oltvLO1l.jpg

Re: office trainers

my work loves it when we wear our embroidered merch but i just can't do it. Everyone else seems on board with it - my coworker even has a winter coat that he wears all the time. I don't think I'd even do an embroidered pata or NF fleece if we did it like any other tech company. I might be a sellout ...

Re: Wristwatch materials, whats your favourite?

I own two casio a168's and I mostly like them because they're cheap. I don't like fabric straps because they get gross with sweat and feel uncomfortable when wet.

Re: Ask a question, get an answer

does a budget low profile high top sneaker exist that is not sk8 his or converse? preferably in all black and in suede? canvas is ok too.

not looking for common projects or really any lux brands. I can probably be persuaded if the brand is not common projects though.
