Re: We don't run on this high street; we run this high stree

damn, the GAP MA-1 is exactly what I've been looking for in an MA-1. Not to shiny, and it has the pocket on the arm. I'm probably going to pick that up for sure, I'm just surprised that the jacket I've been looking for for the past year is being made by the gap.

Re: We don't run on this high street; we run this high stree

Re: We don't run on this high street; we run this high stree

Now I have a reason to go to the opening of the Philly store. I'll probably just buy a white slim fit shirt because I need one and I'm on a semi cop freeze, but I'm digging all that outerwear, particularly the vest. The suiting is neat too, and I like the turtleneck. We're getting it a week early in...

Re: ramdom fashion thoughts

i'm really pathetic because I'm excited for helmut lang x uniqlo And, now I know this exists. Uniqlo x PBJ items are also online (But not yet in-stock). Uniqlo is picking up the pace of designer collabs again, but all seem to be focused on purely 'basics', which Uniqlo definitely seems to be STRONG...

Re: ramdom fashion thoughts

I'm going to call that Uniqlo's next collab is with Pure Blue Japan. I'm basing this on a booklet I got when I went to a uniqlo in Philly yesterday. The booklet shows pictures of famous people from Philly, Boston, and LA wearing Uniqlo stuff, to promote the new store openings. In the booklet, Kirste...

Re: The Talent Absorbs Everything - Trend Forecasting Thread

People are talking about pooling pants, but I think we're going to see more of the opposite; pants with wide legs and very high cuffs.

Re: sandals/thongs/flippy floppies

I've been seriously considering a pair of rope sandals, like these gurkees, for a while. http://www.fritzhaeg.com/wikidiary/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/2010-08-07-P1160198.jpg Just recently I saw a great deal on some gray suede birks though, so I've picked up those. The gurkees are still on my "...
