As I wore my repro loopwheel sweat, raws, and boots, I stopped briefly today to think about how much I had paid to look like a slob

Just bought black 501 STFs. Now I need to buy AF1s or Sk8-His to go with them and feel cool. But I also just bought Red Authentics for beaters. And a Flecktarn Parka. I need to stop.

feel like young people should wear more harrington jackets; kind of surprised MA1s caught on everywhere without harringtons getting a bit of a resurgence too

maybe they did and I'm just unaware

I think bombers are associated with and jizz a lot better with the 90's club kid throwback thing which seems to be happening a lot ATM and Harrington's don't fill that niche. it's also pretty easy to thrift a bomber and have it fit oversize and it still looks alright

Honestly the half of it has to be the harrington being much more ukcentric and not having anywhere near the history in america/rest of the world

This Lemaire coat is on Yoox right now. They don't have my size and i was gonna say something like ohhh if only they had 'cos i would insta-cop but i wouldn't really... always loved Lemaire but i don't think any / much of it really suits me. Still beautiful though!

Also reminded me of how much i loved last summer's collection, especially the colour palette.

I want to stop wearing jeans entirely (all I wear right now is 2 pairs of black jeans) and start wearing high waisted trousers instead

Ovate rings were worn in the X-Men movie. Makes me want those rings even more now, though I'm not sure why.

I used to scoff at NB MiUSA/Assembled in USA models like the 1300 and 576 as just NB's way of piggybacking on the MiUSA fad, but after handling some in person at Unionmade LA today, I'm a HUGE fan. Definitely would drop full price on those suckers.

I don't think The Real McCoy's is making the boots, they just mean they're the "Real Deal".

Thanks to his cousin in Fairmount, Indiana (James’ hometown), we were able to study the originals and then track down the same bootmaker in Arizona – still in business – that happened to have the very same pattern and last in their archives. These are the real McCoys.

I keep seeing women out wearing wide button-ups with loose cropped trousers and thinking how good they look, then get closer and see that they're like 65

my ideal S/S silhouettes would not look out of place in a retirement home and I'm just fine with that

elastic at the bottom of windbreakers is the worst

going to try and surgically remove tonight hope the procedure goes well

UPDATE: A small incision was made in the center of the interior waistband. Small sewing scissors were used to laparoscopically cleave the problematic elastic. The incision was sutured with 3 stitches and a dab of superglue. Surgery was a success and the patient is stable and should live a long healthy life void of butt gripping syndrome.

If I see a seemingly well put together woman but she has a run in her sheer stockings, it's a comfort for me

switched from lifting to running the past couple months due to a shoulder injury. noticeably skinnier which i kind of dislike but clothes really do look better on skinny bodies, especially the style i dress. kind of a dilemma on what to do now that the shoulder is recovered pretty well

also it would be cool if turtlenecks made a comeback.

I have an unhealthy obsession with clothes made from CORDURA or similar fabrics.

EDIT: per @-cameron's request. I've been looking for either cordura pants or a chore coat. I know it'll hurt and be uncomfortable...but that makes it so much more fascinating for me. Levi's STA-prest is another fabric that captivates me.
