Last week, I went to see Fennesz at a local venue and I really enjoyed it. Buying his ticket was the first nice thing I had done for myself in a while. I grabbed a spot in the front row because I was early and excited to be there, but this ended up being a bad decision because the music he played was painfully loud.

I just bought some CDs (Kali Uchis, Frank Ocean and Tom Misch) because I realised that I only had either The Mountain Goats or The Body or that one hyperdub 4 CD compilation and it was all a bit much for easy listening.
