Edit: Eh I think I'll come back to this track in 6 months to a year. It sounds super bad on everything and I'm better off making myself a course plan than doodling around

just make stuff yolo. best way to get better is to practice (& then compare it to stuff you do really like and try to figure out what they're doing differently!)
