SPOTTED: RACING PIGEON
got home the other day and found this fancy pigeon perched on a window sill and I saw a band on its leg so I guessed it was someone's racing pigeon. I called the number of a local organization and the guy asked me to grab the bird to read off the band. He promised me that I could just pick it up and it wouldn't bite me. Well it didn't bite me but it just flew off when I got close. good luck and godspeed buddy
