become the dog then nobody can blame u for having dog hair on ur clothes

(shake it violently b4 putting on, brush dogs regularly, don't let dogs in ur room/make them dislike u enough that they don't visit u, make them scared of your pet bird, all things i do)

edit: my dog has come into my room in search of food

edit edit: he has now left god bless america

here is my silly dog.

as for dog hair, i keep my dog out of my room/anywhere clothes are and try not to let him on couches etc. unless i'm feeling lazy and am not going to be seen in public. brushing can help a bit for excessive amounts of hair, but they're gonna lose it anyway and it will find it's way into your clothes. sometimes i don't get changed into what i'm wearing until right before i have to leave so my dog's incessant fondness for me and vice versa won't tamper our outfits.

My old dog, Maggie. Had her since I was 11 but we put her down 3 years ago due to old age. Ah...miss her a lot. Really wish our landlord would allow dogs because I miss having one greet me when I come home and always being happy.

My dog Lila. She's a beauty with golden fur, golden eyes and an adorable and self centered personality. Pet her for ten minutes and stop? You're getting whacked with a paw because you shouldn't be done. Belly scratch for half an hour before you close your eyes and sleep? Snout to the face because she wants more.

Lovely animal that I can't wait to see again.

Not sure if anyone saw this story done by 60 Minutes a couple weeks ago, but there was a portion of it that has stuck with me since:

Researchers have begun to use MRIs and blood testing to learn more about dogs' feelings and intelligence. Hare says that when dogs look at their masters, scientists have detected oxytocin, which is also found in humans, that is known as "the love hormone," whose presence indicates warm or loving feelings. "What we know now is that when dogs are actually looking at you, they're essentially hugging you with their eyes," Hare tells Cooper."

came home from school yesterday and my mom told me that we got the rest of my dog's teeth removed except for like, 3 of them

plus side is that he had to start eating wet food, and he has been LOVING it. dog has never eaten anything but dry and he always eats only once every few days, it's strange. now he is getting obsessed and barks in enjoyment when he knows it is eating time. my cat started eating his food too and she started to steal it before he got to it. we got canned food for her too and she has been more excited to eat than i've ever seen. parent's house is like the jungle when it's 6 pm apparently.

Just an FYI I'm home for a week so keep an eye on my Snap Story, since that's where I'll be posting doggie pics. If you don't have me on snapchat, @rjbman.
