saw jonah hill at prada yesterday. gave him the "oh we locked eyes now here's a tight lipped smile" thing.

i thought the prada men's stuff was so cheesy. the women's stuff was pretty cool.

@fun_yunchables Went to the store opening. Pretty underwhelming stuff. My friend talked to him for a while because his dad and aunt used to sell fabrics to supreme or something like that. Nice guy, but its just pretty boring with very little cohesiveness. It felt like the brand doesn't have any personality. Personally, the only cool things they've made are cord shorts and a terry sport coat a while back (which is fire).

My AF1s have been really squeaky lately and I don't know why. It's only the right one and it's really annoying.

my af1 collection now is

1 pair of white mids (I hate them)

1 pair of air force mid tuskegee (they are good but don't really fit)

1 pair of low GOLD forces

gonna get a plainer pair of lows soon, been wearing story shoes and vans mostly lately

i know an editor at Racked, and have some writing pitches. These are supposed to be personal essays rather than any serious journalism:

-"Notes from a recovering #menswear addict" - I used to wear suits, now I wear graphic tees
-"The joys of the graphic tee" - Similar to above, slightly different tack
-"The everyday sexism of men's fashion" - A little bit of a criticism, kind of just thoughts about how some machismo and fashion, etc
-"Everything I learned about fashion I learned from the Internet" -- about this place and others.
-"My brief career as a street style icon" - I got into a few street style blogs. i generally look terrible.

I'm making these up on the spot

- "Get the perfect WAYWT with this one weird trick" - what makes a good waywt? what makes a bad one?
- "15 reasons casual tie will never work" - Is casual tie real? Can it be achieved outside of the lab? This article argues no
- "These teens have formed a gang based around wearing big trousers" - Make up a street gang that all wear big trousers and call themselves the "Big Trew Crew" (myself, oucho, heck and bobb will get together and take photos to lend credence to the ruse)
- "This British fabric stopped pilots drowning in WWII" - Recap that bloody story about ww2 which I'm sure isn't true tbqh.
- "Why you need to stop buying from brick and mortar shops" - because everything is cheaper on eBay
- "Why you need to stop using eBay" - because you'll become addicted and spend all your cash on ventile

I really just want to wear all engineered garments but then I think, oh I should wait until I'm old and have a dress code before i start wearing casual blazers but maybe I should just be like fuck it and start now
